Bacon & Day Senorita Pifer (limited edition)

Early 1930’s B&D Senorita tenor banjo in exceptional original condition. The only upgrade has been the weatherking maylar head replacing the goat skin. The dowel stick is branded ‘The Bacon Company’ and serial number dates it around 1937, the Senorita’s have their own attractive sound and personality. The mahogany neck is straight with low action with a covering of Pyralin with attractive designs inscribed. Frets are good with hardly any wear, original grover tuners and nickel plating around flange and tension hoop are in great condition. These instruments are solid built and sound great setup for traditional Irish music. Comes with a hardshell case (non original) £790
