Notes:

A difficult but greatly structured tune to practice and play in the key of D major. If you have been practicing your D scale both ascending and descending then this tune should be a breeze to play.  I have highlighted the triplets in orange text which appear in the second part i.e. E  AA  F# AA   GA  F#A  E  AA ( The first A note can either be a up or down stroke but the orange highlighted A is always down-up-down stroke). If you find the triplets hard to play at first then play them as 2 single notes i.e. up-down (AA)at a slower pace or tempo. With regular practice you can add the other 2 notes to make a total of 4 i.e. one up stroke followed by three down-up-down notes.
