Stewart Macdonald (5 Star) Tenor Banjo



Quality USA built Stewmac 19 fret tenor banjo. Made in the 1980’s this tenor model was offered by the international tool maker Stewart Macdonald, they also offered 5 string models. The neck is made from mahogany with rosewood fretboad and pearl position markers. 5 star planet machine tuners, maple rim with mahogany veneers, mahogany resonator with white binding. Phospher bronze flathead tonering new Remo renaissance head, Waverly tail piece and nickel plated gibson style armrest. Recently setup by myself and sounds and plays fantastic. Nice low action with good frets, comes with hardshell TKL case.
